Return Policy

 

All goods are sold with the understanding that Sweet Rain will furnish new merchandise for any proving defects through manufacture, but under no circumstances shall we be under any liability of any kind.

 

Before making a return request, please make sure you have read the policy below:

  • Any or all returns must be made in writing via email (info@sweetrainapparel.com) within 5 days of receiving the package.
  • Returns are only processed if there is a shortage or damage in the shipped merchandise.
  • Merchandise being returned should have all original tags.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Shipping charges for returns are to be paid by the customer.

 

Refunds

  • All refunds will be processed as soon as the merchandise is returned to the warehouse.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be made in accordance to the payment method at purchase or will be returned as store credit.

 

Store Credit

 

Store Credits are only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and the customer wishes to be refunded with store credit instead of the payment method at purchase.

  • Store Credits can be used towards the customer’s next order. However, any purchase amount exceeding the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store Credits cannot be transferred to another person or account.
